Gigaclear Nova 3000 review, price and availability

Gigaclear Nova 3000

Gigaclear Nova 3000 is a 3,000Mbps broadband package available at selected addresses. Whether it’s right for you depends on what your household does online, what it costs at your postcode and whether your devices can use the speed.

Gigaclear Nova 3000 Overview

  • Nova 3000 is available only at selected Gigaclear addresses, not across the whole network.
  • The current offer is six months free, then £42 or £47 a month depending on postcode, on an 18-month minimum term.
  • The package includes eero Plus. The campaign terms don’t name the router or state Nova’s upload speed.
  • Check your online order summary for the exact price, the price after month 18 and included equipment.

What is Gigaclear Nova 3000?

Nova 3000 is Gigaclear’s 3,000Mbps home broadband package. The November 2026 campaign terms make it available at selected addresses. Gigaclear’s standard package range has 300Mbps, 600Mbps and 900Mbps packages, so Nova isn’t available to every Gigaclear customer.

A 3Gbps connection gives your household more bandwidth to share. It can suit homes with several people online at once, large downloads, creative work or a home server. But your phone, laptop and Wi-Fi won’t necessarily reach 3Gbps. Your router, Wi-Fi and device can all limit the speed you get.

How much does Gigaclear Nova 3000 cost?

Gigaclear’s November 2026 offer gives new customers at eligible addresses six months free, then £42 or £47 a month depending on postcode. You’ll need to order before 7 December 2026. The 18-month minimum term includes the free months.

Check your postcode for broadband deals

Enter your postcode to see which broadband deals are available at your address. Nova’s only available at selected properties, so check the offer and price directly with Gigaclear.

What does the 18-month minimum term cost?

The minimum term includes six free months, leaving 12 paid months. At £42 a month, you’ll pay £504 over 18 months, averaging £28 a month across the term. At £47, that’s £564 in total, or £31.33 a month averaged across the term. Your postcode determines which price applies.

Gigaclear includes free standard activation and installation. If the installation isn’t standard, Gigaclear may quote you an extra charge. Its terms say prices and package content can change during your contract.

Who can get Gigaclear Nova 3000?

Nova is available only at selected addresses. Gigaclear must have a connection point ready at your property.

Gigaclear considers you as a new customer if at least 60 days have passed since service at the property was disconnected, even if you’ve had Gigaclear there before. The same rule applies if someone in your household previously had the service. If you’re currently a Gigaclear customer, ask what upgrade or renewal price applies.

Is 3Gbps broadband worth it?

What does Nova 3000 includeWhat matters is whether your household can use extra capacity that a 300Mbps, 600Mbps or 900Mbps package can’t comfortably provide.

Nova can suit homes where several people regularly move large files, work with large cloud projects or stream high-resolution media at the same time. It also gives busy households more headroom when many devices are active. If you mainly browse, make video calls, stream and play online, you probably won’t need 3Gbps.

A single device won’t necessarily use the full connection. Your package, router, network connection and device all need to support multi-gigabit speeds. If one part doesn’t, your device won’t reach the full speed. Wi-Fi performance also depends on distance, walls, interference and device capability. Before paying for speed your devices might not use, ask Gigaclear which router Nova includes and what wired speeds it supports.

What does Nova 3000 include?

Nova 3000 includes eero Plus at no extra cost. eero describes Plus as a subscription with security and network-management features. Check which features work with Nova’s supplied equipment. Think about whether you’d use them or already have similar services.

The November terms don’t name Nova’s router model or a Nova-specific upload speed. Gigaclear lists symmetrical speeds for its 300Mbps, 600Mbps and 900Mbps tiers, but that doesn’t confirm Nova’s upload speed.

What happens after the 18-month term?

The November terms don’t give a Nova-specific price after the minimum term. They say the price reverts to the list price for existing customers at that time. The listed £51, £63 and £88 rates apply to Gigaclear’s 300Mbps, 600Mbps and 900Mbps packages, not Nova.

Check the online order summary for Nova’s out-of-contract price after month 18 and any scheduled price changes. Save those details with your order confirmation. Before your minimum term ends, compare the renewal offer with local packages and the speed your household actually uses.

How does Nova compare with Gigaclear’s other packages?

Gigaclear’s general range includes 300Mbps, 600Mbps and 900Mbps packages. These packages may suit you better if you want full fibre but don’t need a 3Gbps tier. Gigaclear lists symmetrical average upload and download speeds for those tiers. Check the package and offer details for your postcode.

How does Nova 3000 compare with other multi-gig broadband deals?

Other providers offer packages close to Nova’s speed, plus 5Gbps options.

  • toob home2300 offers 2.3Gbps download and upload speeds. Its own-network deal starts at £25 a month on a 24-month term. Prices vary by network and postcode.
  • Community Fibre offers a 2.5Gbps package with 2.3Gbps average speeds for £29 a month. Its 5Gbps package is £43 a month. Both are on 24-month terms.
  • Connexin Pro Fibre 2500 offers 2.5Gbps download and upload speeds for £34.99 a month on a 24-month MS3 deal. Its terms set increases to £37.99 from April 2027 and £40.99 from April 2028.
  • Trooli Ultra offers 5Gbps for £44.99 a month on a 24-month deal.

Nova is faster than the 2.3Gbps and 2.5Gbps packages. Its 18-month offer averages £28 or £31.33 a month, depending on your postcode. The 5Gbps deals above are listed at £43 and £44.99 a month on 24-month terms, so compare the full contract costs too.

How does installation and switching work?

Gigaclear Nova 300 installation and switchingThe offer includes free standard installation and activation. Gigaclear may quote an extra charge for non-standard work. Check the charge before accepting the order. A connection point must be ready at your address.

If you’re switching broadband, our One Touch Switch guide explains how the process works. Check your contract end date and any early-termination charge. If you’re moving home, check Gigaclear’s installation date before you order.

Is Gigaclear Nova 3000 right for you?

Nova 3000 makes most sense if you’re eligible and your household can use the extra capacity. If you don’t need more than 900Mbps, a lower tier may be enough.
